Website Optimization Services
Billiard City shares data with Google Analytics to understand and optimize website performance and enhance site usability for our customers. This tool run in the background of our site analyzing site usage information and then returning reports to us through an encrypted connection. They are required to maintain data securely and confidentially and are not permitted to share data collected with parties other than Billiard City. Credit card or password data is not collected through Google Analytics. In addition, Google Analytics may associate and group session visits to our website from various browsers and devices.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), enacted in 2018, creates new consumer rights relating to the access to, deletion of, and sharing of personal information that is collected by businesses.
A consumer has the right to request that a business delete any personal information about the consumer which the business has collected from the consumer.

Billiard City does not and will not “sell” your personal information to third parties, as that term is currently interpreted with respect to the CCPA. This includes information pertaining to minors under 16.

For Nevada residents, please note that we do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law (Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 603A, Section 1.6). You can submit a request to us at sales@billiard.city regarding the sale of such information.
